Meet the Team

We’re an interior decorating team dedicated to crafting spaces that seamlessly blend beauty with functionality at an affordable price point. Whether you’re a homeowner or renter, our goal is to collaborate with you on crafting a home you’ll love.

Roujean Sabouri, C.I.D.

Owner | Certified Interior Decorator

Hi, I’m Roujean! I created Sabouri Interiors as a result of a need I had for myself: I was a renter (still am), new parent, and a busy professional who was tired of living in a space that didn't fit my evolving life. And, I couldn't justify the cost other designers were offering for simple cosmetic improvements to my apartment. So, I decided to get certified as an Interior Decorator and created Sabouri Interiors in hopes of helping others in the same boat.

My diverse professional background and and personal journey of managing and overcoming anxiety gives me a unique perspective in tackling interior design problems. I enjoy uncovering root issues my clients are having and working closely with them to produce tailored, timeless designs rooted in functionality and practicality. And, as a mom to a toddler and two dogs, I totally understand the value of creating a functional, well-thought-out space.

Roujean lives in LA in a rented, redone-with-love apartment with her husband, son, and two dogs.

You'll occasionally see her taking a stroll with family through the neighborhood. In her (little) free time, she enjoys having friends over for game night, baking (with her husband as happily as her guinea pig), and doing absolutely nothing (it’s the best).

Bethe Teshome

Interior Decorator | Operations Manager

Hey, I’m Bethe! As the other half of the team, I bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to every project. Through my years of experience collaborating closely with clients, I’ve always been passionate about deeply understanding clients’ preferences, lifestyle, and aspirations. My goal is to ensure that every design reflects our clients’ unique personalities while enhancing their daily lives.

One of my strengths is storytelling through decor. Design principles are there as guidelines, but I love weaving in unique design elements. Whether it's incorporating pieces that hold sentimental value or elements inspired by personal journeys, there’s something meaningful behind tying it all together and helping others embrace the stories they hold dear.

Bethe lives in a cozy LA apartment with her partner. In her free time, she enjoys getting active – whether it’s a group class or an outdoor run, she loves a challenge. Most importantly, she is a believer in getting herself a lil’ treat at the end of a day.
